Loosing your home is not the worst thing that can happen but taking your life because of it is.

Starting over is a thought that frightens a lot of people. I am writing this article from a homeowner perspective. Becoming a homeowner may be on of the most exciting drawn out processes that many people look forward to. When your at that stage in your life and have saved your money for a down payment, your credit is in great shape, and you saw the perfect house, you never thought at that moment I may lose this house. Loosing a home to foreclosure can be a very embarrassing process to go through but it’s not worth taking your life. Your home is supposed to bring you comfort, security, and a peace of mind. If you can no longer afford your home and holding on to it is causing you more sadness than happiness then its time to start over.

You want to make sure you know all your options so you can make a sound decision about your mortgage. Start preparing yourself to make the transition from being a homeowner to a renter again and trust me there is some bargains out there because we have a surplus in homes that are for rent. If you know your neighbor is having a hard time and need to talk please help them and motivate them because it could be you next. People are in unfamiliar situations and the only way they can cope with it is by taking their life behind material possessions. We have to reach out to one another and show that we care especially in these unpredictable times. Remember you still have your life and you can look forward to reinventing it one day at a time.
